The technician that came to the house was great. The office gave us a price range for what replacing one spring would cost, but failed to tell us that they would not agree to replace only one spring. When we set up the appointment, we were clear that we only needed one spring replaced. The office staff was courteous, but they did not provide us with accurate information regarding the estimate.
